WHAT DOES A MEMBERSHIP TO KOLLEKTIV INCLUDE?

All members have access to our super-fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

  • CONFERENCE ROOM TIME

All membership plans include hourly conference room usage, allocated by membership level. Reservations can be made through the app. Additional conference room time beyond the allocated hours will be billed at $25/hour.

  • FURNITURE

Dedicated Desks and Private Offices are move-in ready, complete with desks, chairs, and lockable filing cabinets.

  • PRINTING

We have a multi-function copier for shared use.

  • AMENITIES & EVENTS

We’re here to make your work & life better. Members enjoy perks like bottomless coffee, local snacks, workshops for professional growth, events supporting the local community and an on-site bar.

WHAT MEMBERSHIP PLANS DO YOU OFFER?

  • PART TIME HOT DESK

Work alongside other visionaries within the community. You’ll be guaranteed a seat during regular business hours, up to 10 days/month. M-F, 8am-4pm

  • FULL TIME HOT DESK

Full Time Hot Desk membership gives you flexibility while still giving you full access to a workspace 40 hours/week. M-F, 8am-4pm

  • DEDICATED DESK

A permanent desk to call your own in one of our shared common spaces. You’ll get 24/7 access, plus all the benefits of working in a community.

  • PRIVATE OFFICE

If you're looking for a more private space within our community, explore our offices. These enclosed, lockable workspaces can accommodate teams of 1-4, are fully furnished with desks, chairs & filing cabinets, and are accessible 24/7.

DO ALL MEMBERSHIPS BEGIN ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH?

Hot Desks begin the day you sign up and are billed monthly. Private Office and Dedicated Desk membership plans begin on the 1st of the month. Our move-out policy requires move out on the last day of the month for Private Offices and Dedicated Desks, allowing new members to move in on the 1st of the month. If this day lands on a weekend, arrangements will be made accordingly.

WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENTS?

Our Hot Desk Memberships are flexible month-to-month commitments. We ask for a three-month commitment for our Dedicated Desks and a six-month commitment for our Private Offices. Email us at hello@kollektivco.com for more information.

What is your refund policy?

All fees are non-refundable.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUILDING HOURS? WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

We are open M-F, 8am-4pm. Members with dedicated desks or private offices will have 24/7 access.

CAN I STOP IN OR SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A TOUR?

WHAT'S YOUR PET POLICY?

Pets are not permitted at Kollektiv, except for Service Animals.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF A PRIVATE OFFICE?

Kollektiv is located in a historic building and preserving the integrity of the space is very important to us. Because of that, each office is different depending on the location within in the building. Each office provides more than enough room for a team to work comfortably. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!

WHAT IF MY COMPANY NEEDS PHONE SERVICE?

Phone service is only available for Private Offices. Unlimited domestic VoIP phone service is available for an additional monthly charge per user. International calling services are available at an additional fee. If your team has VoIP phone service that you’d like to maintain, simply plug into the ports in your office at no additional charge.

CAN I ADD MAIL AND PACKAGE HANDLING?

Mail & package handling is included for our Private Offices. If you are renting a hot desk or dedicated desk, you can add this service for $25/month.

HOW DO I RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM?

Kollektiv has conference rooms that may be reserved by members on a first-come-first-served basis, and we recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability. These bookings can be made through our app.

WHAT SIZE CONFERENCE ROOMS DO YOU HAVE?

We have 2 conference rooms at Kollektiv. Both can accommodate teams of up to 4 people and are reservable through our app.

CAN GUESTS VISIT ME?

Yes. Members need to check-in all guests and invitees. Guests are welcome M-F, 8am to 4pm. Guests will need to purchase a Day Pass after 4 visits in any month, excluding visits when invited to an event or meeting in a reserved meeting room.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All memberships may be paid for via ACH (auto withdrawal), credit card or wire transfer.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE A MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, for Dedicated Desks & Private Offices. We require a deposit equal to one and a half months (1.5 months) of your monthly Membership fee when paying via ACH (auto withdrawal). If paying by credit card or wire transfer, we require a deposit equal to two and a half months (2.5 months) of your monthly Membership Fee. No deposit is required for Hot Desk Memberships.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO LET YOU KNOW I'M MOVING OUT?

Members with Dedicated Desks or Private Offices are required to give one-calendar month notice to move out or transfer offices.

Hot Desk Memberships can be cancelled at any time but please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month. There are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of Hot Desk membership plans.

DO YOU CHARGE LATE FEES OR ANY OTHER FEES?

Yes. If you are past 5 days of the due date, we will charge a late fee equal to 10% of the outstanding balance. You will pay a fee of $35.00 for the return of any payment for insufficient funds. Please see your Membership Agreement for more information.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

HOW CAN I REVIEW MY MONTHLY INVOICE?

MY HOT DESK MEMBERSHIP IS INACTIVE. CAN I REACTIVATE IT?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOT DESK MEMBERSHIP?

You can cancel your Hot Desk membership through the Optix app but please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month and that there are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of Hot Desk membership plans.
